From a boardroom meeting to a birthday party, our vessels offer the ultimate in versatility to suit any occasion.
In December we were privileged to welcome Kate Waterhouse, a former fashion editor turned style blogger, columnist for The Sun-Herald and star on E! reality TV show Fashion Bloggers.
Kate celebrated her birthday on board Motor Vessel A.Q.A. thanks to Sterling Vineyards, along with her husband Luke Ricketson and a group of her close friends and family.
Upon arrival, guests enjoyed the expansive views of Sydney Harbour from the top deck, and were served canapes of saffron and mozzarella arancini, and panko and oregano-crumbed chicken strips.
A 20-seat dining table was elegantly dressed in our main lounge to provide the atmosphere of a private dining room in an exclusive restaurant, as Kate had opted for a two course seated lunch. Fully catered by our in-house chefs from Boardwalk Catering, lunch included an entree of baked forest mushroom tartlet with cauliflower puree, and Cone Bay barramundi with beetroot, fennel and leek for the main.
Kate was then presented with a gorgeous cake before finishing the afternoon with her guests relaxing on one of our many decks, as A.Q.A. cruised around Sydney Harbour, basking in typically stunning Sydney weather.
