A feast of food throughout the evening
Sit back and enjoy a delectable spread as you revel in the party atmosphere of Sydney Harbour. Canape options include: freshly shucked oysters, served natural with lemon juice and sea salt; poached scallop salad with jalapeno spiced salsa fresca on a crisp wonton; and Argentinian churrascurra beef fillet skewer with red pepper chimichurri sauce.
For more substantial options, served in small bowls for ease of consumption, offerings include a duck confit with wild mushrooms, garlic mash, and spring asparagus; and thai prawn salad with rice noodles, fresh mint, coriander and chilli, lime dressing.
There are several dessert options to continue celebrations, including a steamed cinnamon and date pudding with Cointreau chocolate sauce, and a selection of Australian cheeses.
As the night kicks on, a delectable Guinness and honey baked ham will brought out for late-night supper, ensuring your party-goers will be well fed throughout the evening.
